This information comes in the form of a Handout that you can give to your client when you first introduce them to staging. You can either print it here or you will receive it in your package when you sign up for the Exclusive Realtor Partner Program.

Free initial staging quote for every new listing

A Staging Consultant will come out and meet with the client, explain the benefits and process of staging to them, show them our portfolio of qualifications, before and after pictures of work we have completed and Staging Niagara's statistics.

Discounted bulk consultations

Bulk consultations can be purchased at a great discount to Exclusive Realtor Partner Program members. Offering a free consultation to your clients will save you money and time in the long run because when a house shows in it's best possible condition from the beginning, it has a much greater chance of selling quicker for a higher value. This means less money spent on advertising costs, less time sitting at open houses and more money gained in commissions. Clients will also appreciate the extra effort and professionalism that you put into the sale of their home.

Consultations include meeting with your client at their house, taking pictures of each room, measuring the space and writing down all of the recommendations from packing, depersonalizing, updates, minor repairs and curb appeal. These recommendations will then be put together in a written report along with quotes for labour, materials and furniture rental that has been recommended. A copy of this report will be given to you and your client and a second visit will be scheduled to go over the report and answer any questions that the client may have.

Priority staging

Staging Niagara recognizes time as being a great factor for realtors and sellers when it comes to getting the house listed. Exclusive Realtor Partner Program members take priority over non-members for staging being completed. In other words, if Staging Niagara receives 3 staging jobs all in one day, all of which need to be completed ASAP, the job received by the Exclusive Realtor Partner Program member will take priority and be completed first.

Free subscription to Staging Niagara E-Newsletter

Once per month you will receive new and exciting information in a E-newsletter with current staging facts, tips on how to introduce staging to your clients, current staged listings in the Niagara Region that you can confidently bring your buyers through, and other great stuff.

Free advertising on Staging Niagara website

For every listing that has been staged for an Exclusive Realtor Partner Program member, that listing and the realtor will be advertised on our Current Staged Listings page. This is extra free advertising for you, your client and your listing. Imagine all the buyers and realtors who are looking at our site everyday!

Once the listing has been sold, the advertisement then moves to our "Successful staged listings" page where you are continued to be advertised long term.

Free advertising on post card to farming area

When $2000.00 or more is spent on a staged listing (this can include the consultation fee and/or the renovations and upgrades and/or the first month's furniture rental fee), a Staging Niagara post card will be sent out to the farming area around that listing, advertising the listing with asking price, a few coloured photos and the listing realtor. This will create curiosity and interest in the listing as well as advertising the realtor themselves.

Free educational seminars

All Exclusive Realtor Partner Program members are invited to come out and bring a guest (perhaps a new listing client), to our Education Seminars held periodically in locations across the Niagara Region. Each seminar will touch on important things to consider when preparing a house for sale. Refreshments will be served. Dates to be determend.

$50.00 referral rebate

For every successful staged referral given to a non-member realtor by an Exclusive Realtor Partner Program member, a $50.00 rebate will be given to them off their next purchase of Bulk consultations.

* A successful staged referral is the completion of a consultation, repairs and updates, and furniture rearrangement or furniture rental.
